Allergy Information

We have a fully vegan kitchen. Our kitchen handles the following allergens:


  • Cereals containing gluten
  • Peanuts and products thereof
  • Soybeans and products thereof, except:
  • Nuts
  • Celery and products thereof
  • Mustard and products thereof
  • Sesame seeds and products thereof
  • Sulphur dioxide and sulphites at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/litre in terms of the total SO2 which are to be calculated for products as proposed ready for consumption or as reconstituted according to the instructions of the manufacturers
  • Lupin and products thereof

 

We offer gluten free recipes and are keen to accommodate any other free-from cakes where possible, so please get in touch if you don’t see what you are after on the website.


We cannot provide products to those with very serious or life-threatening allergies as there is a risk that all items may contain traces due to allergens being present in the kitchen.
